    I had an appointment in nearby Vincents recently and stayed the night before at the Herbert Park. I found the hotel very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect and easy to get to. Some friends joined me in the bar in the evening and we all enjoyed our food. Will stay again for my next appointment.

    We had a really wonderful stay at the Herbert Park hotel. The late check-out at 2PM allowed for a relaxing morning after our paper had been delivered to our room early morning, as requested. The standard and choice of food offered for breakfast, also delivered to our room was excellent-hot food, great variety and all the little extras provided. We will stay here again when we return to Dublin.

Rathmines

Rathmines is a suburb on the southside of Dublin, about 3 kilometres south of the city centre. It effectively begins at the south side of the Grand Canal and stretches along the Rathmines Road as far as Rathgar to the south, Ranelagh to the east and Harolds Cross to the west.

 


Rathmines, is often said to have a cosmopolitan air, and has a diverse international population and has always been home to groups of new immigrant communities and indigenous ethnic minorities.
