We are proud supporters of Irish suppliers and pride ourselves on providing high quality authentic food to our guests. We think it is important guests know exactly where their food comes from so we wanted to fill you in on the food we offer so you can get a sense of what Herbert Park Hotel & Park Residence is all about. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, sit down meal or an indulgent Afternoon Tea we have it all.

All our dishes are made with high quality ingredients sourced from Irish suppliers to create mouth-watering meals for our guests. Our suppliers provide us with next day delivery so you are guaranteed to have the freshest produce.

Kevin Ramen is our head chef. Originally from Mauritius, Kevin has worked at Herbert Park Hotel & Park Residence since 2006. With his passion for food and years of experience, Kevin loves experimenting and creating dishes that he knows our guests will just love.

We like to make sure our guests start their day off right, as you know breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we offer an extensive breakfast menu to accommodate everyone’s needs. If you have any dietary requirements don’t worry as we will be happy to cook your breakfast to order.

Looking for something healthy and light then our fruit and yoghurts from Irish suppliers Keelings and Glenisk are the perfect choice to kick start your day. If you’re looking for something simple yet delicious why not try some of our homemade brown bread and pastries with creamy Dairygold butter and jam from Abbey Farm in Co. Laois.

In the mood for something more? Then our full Irish breakfast will do just the trick. Our sausages are supplied by Hafners in Co. Monaghan along with our Eggs from Golden Eggs in Co. Monaghan, bacon from Callon Bacon in Co. Kilkenny, Irish Pudding from Ballyweelan and Mushrooms from Tyholland farm in Co. Monaghan, you really can’t get much more Irish than that.

Staying for dinner then you’re in luck as our dinner menu is just like our breakfast, full of choice. One of our most popular dishes among our guests is the Irish rack of lamb from Butcher Select which is 100% free range and absolutely delicious.

If you are popping in for some pre match food before heading off to the Aviva Stadium then our Irish beef burgers from Robinsons Meat, Dublin and fish & chips from Kish Fish, Howth go down a treat, especially when washed down with a nice pint.

If it’s business you’re visiting us for we can arrange a buffet for your conference ranging from sandwiches & pastries with tea & coffee to hot dishes including some of our very popular options, Chicken Curry made with Irish free range Chicken from Glin Valley or our fish pie made with cod or hake from Kilmore Quay or crab from Dublin Bay.

On Sundays you can sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of the Herbert park while tucking into a Sunday Roast Lunch. Choose from three Sunday roast favourites including roast leg of Wicklow lamb from Butcher Select, Irish roast sirloin of beef from Robinsons Meat, Dublin or Glin valley free range chicken, the perfect way to complete your weekend.

It may not feel like it with the weather we’re having but summer is just around the corner, which means BBQ’s are on the horizon and there’s no better place than Herbert Park Hotel & Park Residence to enjoy some delicious food and stunning park views. The Pavilion restaurant patio overlooks the 48 acre Herbert Park with direct access to the park so you can enjoy the comfort of the indoors & outdoors, the best of both worlds. Our BBQ features only premium quality ingredients and only Irish meat.
