Q: What procedures are in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 at the Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence?
A: We are pleased to confirm that all employees at the Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence have successfully completed the Fáilte Ireland’s Infection Prevention Control for Tourism Businesses course and that we have been awarded the COVID-19 Safety Charter which demonstrates that we are operating in line with the current Government public health advice and with safety and cleaning protocols in place. We want to reassure you that we are closely following the guidance and procedures of the World Health Organisation and the Irish Health Services Executive (HSE) & the Irish Hotel Federation regarding the Coronavirus, to support the health, safety and wellbeing of our Customers, our Staff and our Community.

Q: Where is Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence located?
A: Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence is an independent 4 star hotel in Dublin City Centre located in the picturesque area of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The Hotel is located a few minutes’ walk from The RDS Venue and The Aviva Stadium home to Irish Rugby & Soccer. The 3Arena, UCD, The Bord Gais Energy Theatre and The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) are all close by and easily accessible from the Hotel.

Q: What public transport is available nearby?
A: Lansdowne Road DART Station (light rail) is located within a 10 minute walk from Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence. Take DART towards Malahide or Howth for access to Dublin City Centre (Tara Street Station or Connolly Station) or to explore Dublin northern coastal towns. DART taken towards Bray or Greystones links our property with southern Dublin and County Wicklow coastal towns within minutes.

Q: Where can I park my car while staying at the Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence and at what charge?
A: To access the Hotel Car Park, enter via Anglesea Road (Hotel is sign-posted on Anglesea Road) and then onto Herbert Park Lane. Visit our Car Parking page for directions. There is a reduced rate for using the car park of €12.00 overnight for Hotel residents.
Q: What is the car park charge for conference delegates attending an event at the Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence?
A: Conference guests can use the car park at the rate of €3.50 per hour and up to a maximum charge of €12.00 per day.
Q: Is the car park available for non-residents and at what price?
A: General Hotel Tariff for Lobby Guests, Restaurant Guests and Non-Residents
First 15 mins complimentary, €3.50 per hour thereafter
Q: Is there coach parking available for groups?

A: Our check in time is from 3:00 PM and check out time is at 12:00 PM
Q: Can I request early check-in?
A: Yes, early check-in can be requested by emailing email@example.com. Please note that early access to a bedroom is subject to availability. We recommend to add a pre-night to guarantee early room access.

A: Late check-out can be booked at a charge by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, subject to availability.
Q: Are there any fitness facilities available at Herbert Park Hotel and Park Residence?
A: Yes, our guests have access to the Fitness Suite 24 hours a day. Please note that, with Covid-19 health and safety measures in mind, the Fitness Suite is available to use for two guests at one time (on first come and first serve basis), to ensure social distancing.

Q: What facilities are available in bedrooms?
A: All rooms are equipped with the modern essentials, including Nespresso coffee machine, salon-speed hair dryer, iron and ironing to ensure that you enjoy your stay.

A: Yes, all of the bedrooms and public areas are air-conditioned.

A: Yes, all of our bedrooms and apartments are equipped with an adaptor.

A: We have a choice of triple and interconnecting rooms available for small or bigger families.

A: Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcomed on the premises while assisting their owner.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards to secure a booking. We kindly request to settle payment via credit card or debit card as opposed to cash where possible, in line with our Covid-19 policy.
Q: Are room rates available VAT inclusive?
A: Yes, all of the room rates include 9% VAT.
Q: What is your cancellation policy
A: All flexible rates have a cancellation policy of 24 hours (12:00 GMT prior to the arrival date booked).
Q: What happens in case of non-arrival?
A: If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for the first night’s stay.
